Key Responsibilities
About the School
Student Experience and Support is central to the University of Salford’s mission to help students thrive academically, personally and socially. The Student Cases, Conduct and Safeguarding (SCCS) team manages some of the University’s most complex and sensitive student matters, working in close partnership with academic schools, professional services and external agencies. Our work spans student conduct, safeguarding, Prevent, support to study and fitness to practise, with a strong emphasis on consistent, trauma‑aware and policy‑led responses. We support colleagues across the University to understand and manage risk appropriately, while ensuring students are treated fairly, sensitively and transparently throughout case processes.
