The Role
Bring your creativity and storytelling skills to a role where your work can inspire future students. We are looking for a skilled Marketing Adviser (Content) to join our team on a full-time, fixed-term basis for up to 12 months to cover maternity leave.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape engaging, audience-focused content that supports student recruitment. You’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life, creating impactful content across a range of channels. Blending creative thinking with data-driven insight, you’ll develop content that attracts, engages, and converts prospective students.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning, creating and delivering engaging, content-led marketing campaigns across the student journey, ensuring activity is well-coordinated through effective content planning and calendar management.
The Person
The ideal candidate will bring proven marketing experience, alongside a creative mindset and strong data-driven approach. Strong project management, organisation and communication skills are essential, with the confidence to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
Directorate/Function
The directorate aims key aim within the strategy is to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for all current and future students to ensure they are “sought after”, supporting their participation, attainment, and success before, during and after their time at Kingston. This in turn will create a culture of high performance that is inclusive, innovative, ambitious and enterprising.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position (12 months) with a starting salary of £39,407 per annum.
This fixed-term post is available to cover maternity leave and is expected to be held for the full duration. However, should the substantive post-holder choose to return to work earlier, this appointment may be terminated, subject to a one-month notice period.
