We are seeking a Student Engagement Officer – Data and Insights to join our Student Engagement Team and play a key role in supporting student retention, progression and success.
This role combines direct student engagement with a specialist focus on data and systems, operating across:
Working closely with academic Schools, Registry, Visa Compliance and student support services, you will use engagement data and learner analytics to identify students requiring support and ensure timely, effective intervention.
You will also act as a data and systems champion, helping to ensure the accuracy, consistency and effective use of core engagement systems such as SITS, SEAtS and related platforms.
You will be a proactive and detail‑oriented professional with a passion for assisting students and using data to improve outcomes.
