About the role:
The Centre for Languages Culture and Communication (CLCC) at Imperial College is looking for an Operations Administrator to join our team. You will join the CLCC administrative team of twelve staff and assist in overseeing the administrative operations of the Centre. CLCC is host to the Horizons and I-Explore Programmes, Imperial after:hours and the Science Communication Unit.
What you would be doing:
You will enjoy variety, responsibility and assist with the work of the CLCC Operations Team. We are seeking someone to work closely with the centre managers and senior administrator by contributing to a wide range of activities and projects ensuring that the centre runs smoothly and efficiently.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for an organized and professional administrator with proven experience in higher education administration. The role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and friendly team within a thriving university in the heart of South Kensington, London.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated and enjoys balancing daily administrative tasks while working on administrative projects and confident in using Microsoft 365 to streamline processes and develop smarter ways of working.
