This role provides an exciting opportunity to join a motivated and innovative team of academics, committed to delivering high quality nursing education and related scholarly activity. You will be based within the multi-professional School of Allied Health Professions and Nursing, a vibrant and collaborative community.
You must hold a recognised nursing qualification and current NMC registration. Applications are welcomed from experienced nursing academics or clinical nurses, who are seeking to develop their teaching and learning experience in higher education.
The role will include contributing to teaching across nursing theory and clinical skills and module delivery within pre-registration and postgraduate programmes. You will also contribute to partnership working with NHS organisations and practice learning partners.
You will demonstrate knowledge of contemporary issues in nursing education and clinical practice, alongside a commitment to continuing professional development. You should hold, or be working towards, a Master’s degree in a relevant subject.
