About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for skilled and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join the Research Administration team, reporting to the Research Administration Manager and providing administrative support to groups of extraordinary scientific researchers within the LMS. The post holder will be responsible for providing high quality and comprehensive administrative assistance including arranging travel, conference registration, raising purchase requisitions, handling filing systems, and reception duties.
About you
You will have an excellent customer service experience and a proven track record in providing an administrative service. We expect you to work with a high degree of accuracy and possess excellent IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office package with a flexible approach to the work. You will be educated at least to “A” Level standard or have equivalent professional experience and be keen to develop your professional skills.
