The Opportunity

The post holder will support the functions of a large programme of mental health research as part of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, in collaboration with Keele’s Impact Accelerator Unit (IAU). We are seeking a Public Partnership Administrator to support the delivery of high-quality public involvement and engagement across our research portfolio.

The post-holder will work closely with other members of the professional services staff team, namely the Programme Manager, Finance and Contracts Manager, Communications Officer, Programme Officer and Programme Co-ordinator.

As Public Partnership Administrator, you will:

  • Coordinate and support public partnership activities across a large programme of mental health research, working closely with the Impact Accelerator Unit.
  • Work collaboratively with researchers, clinicians, public contributors, and community partners to embed public perspectives throughout the research lifecycle.

This role requires excellent communication, facilitation, and community engagement skills, along with experience in supporting people with lived experience of mental health difficulties and long term conditions to contribute to research.
