About Green Templeton College
Green Templeton College is a constituent college of the University of Oxford; international in membership and outlook, lively and supportive in spirit, with an intellectual agenda focusing on issues relating to human welfare.
We are a graduate college with approximately 650 students, 319 fellows and 90 members of staff aiming to lead the way in postgraduate education. We plan to be a truly contemporary college: friendly, informal, outward-looking, and future-focused – but in a traditional Oxford setting.
Green Templeton is situated between the Radcliffe Observatory and Observatory Street on Woodstock Road, within easy walking distance of the City Centre, the Saïd Business School, and the University Science Area.
Main purpose of job:
The Events and Catering Co-ordinator will facilitate the coordination of the College’s calendar of events and will assist with delivery and record keeping of catering and event services (external and internal) within the College alongside the Events and Catering Teams.

Reporting to, and working closely with, the Head of Catering, the Events and Catering Co-ordinator will ensure the timely and effective processing of information relating to event and catering operations, from initial point of enquiry to final invoicing. They will work as part of a team to ensure that the College provides a consistently excellent standard of catering and hospitality service.
Green Templeton welcomes applications from people from all sections of the community and are particularly encouraging those from diverse groups, such as LGBTQ+ and Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic candidates, who currently are under-represented in the college staff team.
