The Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM) is a leading international conservatoire, combining world-class musical training with a vibrant performance venue. Our building supports a diverse range of academic, artistic and public-facing activity, requiring a high-performing, innovative Estates & Facilities function.
We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Director of Estates & Facilities to play a key leadership role in shaping and delivering the College’s estate strategy. Reporting to the Director of Estates & Facilities, you will lead the strategic and operational management of a complex higher education and arts estate to ensure the RNCM is safe, compliant, sustainable, and fit for the future.
This is a broad and influential role with responsibility for capital development, facilities management, compliance, sustainability, and service excellence across a diverse portfolio.
This role is suitable for blended working.
