Who we need
As our City Hub provision continues to grow in student numbers and ambition, we are seeking an additional Assistant Principal to join the leadership team and help shape the continued success of the campus.
Working collaboratively with your fellow Assistant Principal, you will play a key role in driving a cohesive, high-performing campus culture, sharing accountability for outcomes and working collectively to deliver an extraordinary student experience. Together, you will lead with clarity and purpose—aligning priorities, driving innovation and ensuring consistent excellence across all curriculum areas.
As an experienced senior leader, you will hold both strategic vision and operational excellence with confidence. You will bring significant experience within further education, thrive in a complex environment and see challenge as an opportunity to innovate, improve and inspire those around you.
