Lecturer in Sport

We have an amazing opportunity in to teach our enthusiastic and motivated students and help them achieve their highest potential.

As a Lecturer in Sport you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across Level 1–3 sport programmes
• Support learners to achieve excellent progress, attendance and positive progression outcomes
• Contribute to curriculum development, enrichment and employer engagement activities

We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who can promote a culture of excellent behaviour, motivation and high learner performance through excellent standards of teaching and learning. In addition, you should be an excellent team player and have a passion for supporting students to succeed.

You will have:

• Degree in Sport/Sport and Exercise Science or other related discipline
• GCSE in Maths and English A*-C/9-4 or equivalent
• Experience of working in the Sports, Fitness or Health sector
• A PGCE or recognised full teaching qualification is desirable but not essential
