Are you passionate about delivering excellent IT support and improving digital services in a complex, high-impact environment? The University of Cambridge is seeking an IT Systems Support Administrator to join our Education Services IT Systems Support Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the systems that underpin recruitment, admissions, and student administration across the University.
Key responsibilities
About you
You will bring a strong combination of technical aptitude and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of users.
You will have:
Familiarity with ITIL practices or experience delivering training or user guidance would be desirable, as would experience of working within a UK Higher Education environment.
