An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Registry team at the Royal Veterinary College (RVC). The RVC is the UK's largest and longest-established independent vet school and is a Member Institution of the University of London. The RVC offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Veterinary Medicine, Veterinary Nursing and Biological Sciences and, Continuing Professional Development programmes in Veterinary Medicine and Veterinary Nursing.
We are seeking a dynamic Assessment & Regulations Officer to join our team, contributing to high‑quality service delivery and helping to provide an excellent student experience within our fast‑paced office environment.
As part of a collaborative team, the post holder will act as a first point of contact for students and will be responsible for ensuring that examination boards are administered in line with established procedures and regulations, while also providing high‑quality administrative support across coursework and assessment processes. This pivotal role within Registry is essential to ensuring the smooth and effective operation of examinations and assessments across the RVC.
The successful post holder will demonstrate the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while administering office systems to maintain robust and accurate records. Experience in coordinating a complex schedule of activities is essential, along with the initiative to identify issues and propose effective solutions. A proactive and flexible approach is key to managing the varied demands of the role. Educated to degree level or with equivalent experience, the post holder will be confident in making informed decisions, meeting deadlines, and achieving defined targets.
