Our HR and OD department team provides professional services and support to c. 6000 staff and drives forward our People Strategy.
The Strategic Lead for People Projects offers an exciting opportunity to take forward agreed projects under the University’s People Strategy with a focus on talent development.
Working directly with the Chief People Officer, the HROD Senior Management Team and stakeholders across the institution, they will develop and deliver initiatives to ensure the University can operate with clear accountability, in a flexible and agile manner with structures that enable high performing teams. They will also be responsible for creating methodologies to better plan current and future staffing needs, to ensure departments are best able to deploy staff and consider future demand for skills.
This post is full time and Fixed term of up to 12 months (reviewable at 6 months).
