An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the University of Wolverhampton as a UK Recruitment Coordinator (FABSS).
This role is responsible for delivering key recruitment projects and activities that support the University’s UK recruitment strategy, with a particular focus on the Faculty of Arts, Business and Social Sciences (FABSS). You will act as the lead recruitment contact for the Faculty, managing Recruitment Assistants and working closely with the Conversion Team to support prospective students throughout their journey from awareness to enrolment.
You will develop and deliver faculty and course-level recruitment plans, coordinate activities that drive awareness and applications, and build strong relationships with academic colleagues, schools, colleges, and other external partners. The role also involves representing the University at events, exhibitions, and recruitment activities both on and off campus.
We are seeking a proactive and innovative individual with experience of planning and delivering promotional or recruitment activities, including monitoring performance against targets and KPIs. You will have experience of using CRM systems, maintaining accurate data, and producing reports with data analysis.
You should have a good understanding of the higher education recruitment lifecycle, including recruitment of both post-18 learners and non-traditional learners. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to act as an effective ambassador for the University. Experience of supervising staff or student ambassadors is also required.
The role includes travel within the West Midlands and occasionally across the UK, with some evening and weekend working required.
