The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical academic to join the Surgical Sabermetrics Laboratory (SaberLab) within Centre for Medical Informatics at the Usher Institute. The post-holder will conduct multi-modal data collection and develop the next-generation framework to assess non-technical skills (NTS) in robotic-assisted surgery.
This post is part-time (16 hours per week). The post-holder will be based in the Centre for Medical Informatics at Usher Institute, Edinburgh Bioquarter, however, may be required to visit other University or clinical sites within Edinburgh such as at the Chancellor’s building, Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, or Western General hospital.
