The Human Resources Directorate is committed to delivering an excellent people experience through professional, customer-focused and efficient HR services. We are embarking on a significant period of transformation through the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, a key component of the University's wider Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programme. This strategic investment will modernise HR processes, improve data quality and reporting, and enhance the employee and manager experience across the University.
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Team Leader to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide additional leadership capacity during this exciting period of change.
Reporting to the Senior HR Operations Manager, you will lead a team of HR Administrators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR operational services across the full employee lifecycle.
You will play a key role in maintaining service excellence while supporting operational readiness for the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, helping to embed new processes, drive continuous improvement and support colleagues through change.
The successful candidate will have proven experience delivering HR administrative services in a large and complex organisation, experience of supervising or developing staff, strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, and a commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience. Knowledge of HR systems, compliance requirements and process improvement methodologies will be highly valued.
