Harper & Keele Veterinary School is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced person with experience of veterinary pathology and public health who can be integrally involved in the delivery of a contemporary programme of teaching and learning. The role will involve a range of teaching and learning modalities including gross post-mortem examinations, lectures, interactive tutorials and lab practicals. The School has an explicit ambition to integrate the teaching of veterinary pathology, production animal medicine, veterinary public health and state veterinary medicine.

The successful candidate will be a creative and forward-thinking member of the BVetMS programme team who can bring their collective experience and expertise to ensure that veterinary students develop comprehensive, holistic, transferable, relevant, and informed capabilities and attributes, optimising their preparedness for entering the veterinary profession.

To be successful, the successful candidate will require a degree in Veterinary Medicine, be a Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, ideally have a broad range of experience and understanding of veterinary general practice in production animals, and evidence of a subject or discipline focus via postgraduate work or education in veterinary pathology.
