This is a varied and impactful position at the heart of portfolio development, where you will contribute to the creation, enhancement and implementation of innovative programmes and partnerships that support institutional priorities and student success.
As Portfolio Development Officer, you will be central to managing the programme development pipeline, ensuring new initiatives are delivered efficiently, to a high standard, and aligned with strategic and financial objectives. Working across faculties and professional services, you will collaborate with academic staff, senior colleagues and external partners, influencing decisions and helping to bring new programme and collaborative partnership ideas to fruition.
The role offers significant scope to engage strategically, from contributing to education policy development and supporting quality assurance and enhancement processes, to representing Education Services on committees and driving improvements in systems and workflows. You will also play a key role in analysing and managing programme data to inform decisions, supporting planning, reporting and continuous enhancement across the academic programme portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at pace in a collaborative environment, with the chance to build strong networks and make a tangible contribution to the student experience. You will support innovation in programme design, strengthen partnerships (domestic and international), and help ensure the institution remains responsive to changing educational and market needs.
With a strong emphasis on collaboration, creativity and continuous improvement, this role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to develop their expertise while contributing to a forward-thinking and ambitious organisation.
