The Directorate of Student and Academic Services is seeking to appoint a Student Records Administrator. Based within the Student Records team they will be responsible for undertaking a range of administrative duties associated with the maintenance of student records. Ensuring accurate and up to date records within the Student Record System, as well as other tasks such as creating Progression and Award Board cohorts & ensuring accurate data for statutory reporting.
Working with the team, colleagues across Student and Academic Services and faculties, the post holder will on occasion be required to deputise for the Student Records Officer in their absence.
The post holder will work collaboratively with colleagues across the University, liaising with academic departments and professional services staff, to ensure delivery of an excellent student experience.
