About Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join Queen Mary University of London with a large and complex property portfolio.
Working within the Estates and Projects team, you will support the delivery of capital projects, refurbishments and maintenance works, providing commercial oversight, cost management and project leadership. You will also manage technical staff and act as a key liaison between contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
About You
The successful candidate will be highly motivated with a proven record of accomplishment in successfully managing and delivering an effective service with the role of a Quantity Surveyor. You should also be qualified and in possession of a RICS-accredited degree and Chartered MRICS status. You will have experience in Quantity Surveying within a large organisation, consultancy or contractor environment. The successful candidate will also require experience delivering capital projects and managing project budgets, possess strong commercial, analytical and stakeholder management skills along with excellent communication and reporting abilities.
