Would you like to work for a supportive, historic and progressive college, planning and delivering events in Oxford, London and overseas?
University College (known as ‘Univ’) is seeking a motivated and organised professional to join our Development, Alumni Relations and Communications Team as an Events Coordinator. It is an exciting time to join the College and become part of our high-performing, supportive fundraising and alumni relations team.
This year, we aim to deliver a mix of well-established and brand-new events, with plenty of scope for creativity. You will work alongside our Senior Events Officer to create, organise and deliver in-person, hybrid and online events in Oxford, across the UK and internationally. If you're looking for a busy role where every day is varied and challenging, this could be the perfect role for you.
The post-holder will need to be a self-starter who is highly organised, innovative and able to work on their own initiative. Alongside event management experience, you will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of people with tact and sensitivity.
This post is offered on a full-time or part-time basis (0.8 FTE). The role is based in the College's Development Office. We offer a generous annual leave allowance, free lunch, an employee assistance programme and a range of other benefits.
