On the 1 August 2026, the University of Greenwich and the University of Kent will form a pioneering new multi-university group called London and South- East (LASE) University Group.

In the Greenwich division we're undertaking an ambitious Curriculum Shape transformation, redesigning every programme to align with our innovative Greenwich Curriculum Framework. This is a rare opportunity to play a central role in reshaping the student experience and driving meaningful change at scale. We're looking for a talented Senior Curriculum Designer to join us at a pivotal moment in our journey. 

As a Senior Curriculum Designer, you’ll partner with academic teams to bring curriculum innovation to life:

  • Designing and delivering high-impact workshops that support programme transformation
  • Guiding programme teams to align curricula with the Greenwich Curriculum Framework and Assessment & Feedback Policy
  • Supporting the redesign of modules, learning outcomes and assessment strategies
  • Collaborating with academic leads to embed our key themes - real-world challenges, employability, academic and digital skills, student wellbeing
  • Working alongside graduate interns to bring student perspectives into curriculum design
  • Partnering with Quality Assurance colleagues to prepare programmes for approval
  • Tracking progress across multiple workstreams and maintaining momentum across timelines

We are looking for candidates who bring experience in higher education curriculum design and delivering complex educational projects; expertise in designing and supporting inclusive curricula and assessment; strong knowledge of HE pedagogy, policy and sector trends; experience working collaboratively with academic teams and stakeholders; the ability to influence, challenge and inspire others; and confidence designing and facilitating engaging workshops.
