The Equality and Diversity Unit (EDU), part of the People Department, provides expert advice and practical support on equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) matters across the University.
About the Role
Working within the Equality and Diversity Unit, you will lead the University's programme of work to prevent and respond to bullying and harassment, helping to create collaborative and inclusive environments where staff and students can thrive.
You will develop evidence-informed policy, guidance, training and interventions that strengthen organisational culture, build confidence in reporting, and support departments to prevent and respond effectively to bullying and harassment. Working closely with the Chief Diversity Officer, People Leadership Team, academic divisions, professional services and external partners, you will influence practice across the collegiate University and contribute to the University's wider agenda to embed inclusion, belonging and respect.
