The School of Engineering seeks to make a Tenure Track appointment of an Assistant Professor in Environmental Engineering, to complement the existing staff in the Department of Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering. This new appointment will help deliver our 5-year Environmental Science and Engineering MAI degree, our integrated Engineering MAI degree and our MSc in Environmental Engineering. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including (but not limited to) the teaching of Environmental Engineering, as well as being expected to seek research funding actively as an independent investigator and to undertake postgraduate research supervision.
Post Status Tenure Track - This position is Tenure Track position which is 5-years in the first instance, permanency is subject to satisfying the tenure requirements.
Salary: Appointment will be made on the Lecturer Salary Scale (109BN) commensurate with qualifications / experience and in line with Public Sector Pay Policy [€43,859 - €104,618 per annum] https://www.tcd.ie/hr/assets/pdf/monthly-academic.pdf
