Ready to help shape the future of sports coaching?
We're looking for an ambitious and inspiring coach developer to support the development of our student sports coaching workforce. You'll design and deliver impactful coach development programmes, build coaching pathways, and help students gain the skills, confidence and experience to succeed in coaching and the wider sport sector.
Working at the heart of one of the world's leading university sports environments, you'll play a key role in developing the next generation of sports coaches and strengthening a thriving coaching culture across Loughborough Sport. Experience in coach development, coach education or mentoring coaches will be essential.
