Are you an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys turning complex stakeholder needs into practical technical solutions?
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the HEAT system, a nationally recognised service that supports the higher education sector. Working with colleagues, members and technical consultants, you will help define the requirements for a major system rebuild, ensuring user needs are translated into clear, achievable technical specifications that support future development.
You'll work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, balancing technical feasibility with user expectations and communicating complex concepts in a way that enables informed decision-making. Your work will directly contribute to the production of the agreed system rebuild specification, helping to ensure the HEAT service continues to meet the evolving needs of its members.
