About the department
Estates & Facilities aim is to provide our campus with sustainable, first-class facilities for research, teaching and learning and other activities. To create a vibrant and safe environment for students, staff and visitors and to deliver our services in a professional and integrated way.
About the role
We’re looking for a customer-focused individual to join us as Estates & Facilities Assistant. Working on Reception as part of our Help Desk team, they will be the first point of contact for calls to Goldsmiths on the main telephone number and staff and students reporting issues and requesting information and services on campus. The role also provides support to colleagues within the department.
About the candidate
You will have excellent communication and administration skills from working in a customer service environment. Proficient using Microsoft Office applications, internet-based software systems and attention to detail and accuracy. Understand the responsibilities and services of the department and its contribution to the student experience.
