About the role
Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of actuarial and data science professionals?
The University of Leicester is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Fellow in Actuarial Science to join the School of Computing and Mathematical Sciences. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving academic community and deliver high-quality teaching to students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
In this role, you will teach across areas of actuarial science and data science, supervise student projects, provide academic and pastoral support as a personal tutor, and contribute to assessment, marking, and curriculum development. You will play a key role in creating an inclusive, supportive, and student-centred learning environment where students from all backgrounds can succeed.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the School and University, you will contribute to teaching innovation, quality assurance activities, and the continuous enhancement of the student experience.
