We are seeking an outstanding senior professional services leader as Academic Registrar. Middlesex University is committed to delivering an excellent, efficient and student-centred experience for a culturally and internationally diverse student community. With campuses in London, Dubai and Mauritius, and a network of UK and international academic partnerships, Middlesex prepares students to become skilled, confident and socially engaged graduates, equipped for success in a changing world.

The Academic Registrar will provide strategic leadership for the University’s academic administration services, ensuring the effective management of the student journey from enrolment to award. They will bring a proven track record of delivering complex operational management across multifaceted professional service functions, developing innovative solutions, systems and processes, and leading high-performing teams through continuous improvement and change. They will have an excellent understanding of UK academic governance, regulation, administration and statutory reporting, alongside the judgement, resilience and relationship-building skills required to operate effectively as a senior institutional leader.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a central role in shaping the services, systems and partnerships that support the student journey at Middlesex University. Candidates will be attracted by the prospect of contributing to the University’s next phase of development, strengthening operational excellence, regulatory assurance and student-centred service delivery across a distinctive international institution.
