About the Role
As Lecturer in Human Resource Management, you will be supported by an experienced team to teach and supervise a range of undergraduates, postgraduates and executive clients. With a focus upon Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, Leadership or Change Management, you will play a central role in creating an engaging and supportive learning environment that motivates, challenges and inspires students, contributing to an outstanding overall student experience aligned with the University’s strategic priorities.
Alongside teaching responsibilities, you will also be offered opportunities to work on research projects and funding bids as appropriate.

About You
We are seeking an engaging and collaborative individual with experience or knowledge of the higher education environment, and the ability to deliver inclusive, high-quality teaching using a range of approaches to support and motivate students. You will be able to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, creating a supportive learning environment that enables all students to succeed.
You will demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and to enhancing the overall student experience, contributing to a culture that values quality, innovation, and shared success. Candidates should hold a good honours degree in a relevant subject area and a PhD in relevant subject discipline (or equivalent qualification / experience), alongside CIPD accreditation at Associate Level or above, and Fellowship of Advance HE (or a willingness to achieve FHEA status).
