The Directorate of Student Administration is responsible for delivering the core administrative functions to support the student lifecycle and is part of the wider Student Journey Division which is focused on delivering an excellent student and staff experience.
Reporting to the Associate Director - Student Records and Data, the Enrolment and Records Senior Manager leads the Enrolment and Records Team and is responsible for the management of the University enrolment and records processes including:
The Enrolment and Records Senior Manager works closely with colleagues across the University to foster a relationship of knowledge, trust and understanding between service areas and work collaboratively to improve the services in support of all students and staff at the University.
This is an exciting time to join the Directorate as we undertake a major project to replace our Student Record System and transform our operating model for Student Study Services. This project is central to our commitment to delivering a modern, efficient, and student-focused experience.
We are looking for an experienced Higher Education professional with knowledge of the student life cycle and student records management. Candidates should be dedicated to providing outstanding support to students and staff and have an ability to work in a busy and pressurised environment.
