Background

These 12-month fixed-term posts have been created to support the enhancement of the University's partnership governance framework. A key focus will be the review, improvement and embedding of ef fective processes, controls and compliance arrangements to strengthen institutional assurance, improve operational efficiency and support the delivery of high-quality collaborative provision

Responsibilities

Alongside supporting the development of new collaborative provision, the role will identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve documentation standards, strengthen compliance assurance and enhance the consistency of partnership approval activity.
Working with academic Schools, professional service teams and prospective partners, the role will ensure new partnerships are established through transparent, risk-based and quality-focused processes that support sustainable growth and institutional assurance.

Person Specification

The successful candidate will possess significant expertise in higher education validation, approval, governance and partnership management. They will demonstrate strong organisational skills, be able to manage complex quality assurance processes, work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, identify and mitigate governance risks, and provide leadership in the coordination and enhancement of partnership-related activities. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive continuous improvement are essential.
