We are seeking to hire two EAP Tutors to join our small English teaching team which delivers credit-bearing in-sessional English modules on a transnational undergraduate partnership in Biomedical Engineering, jointly delivered by the University of Dundee and Northeastern University in Shenyang, China. Students complete the first three years of the programme in China before progressing to Dundee for their final year, graduating with a dual BEng (Hons) degree. Launched in 2019, the programme combines expertise from both institutions and became the world's first international joint undergraduate biomedical engineering programme to receive full accreditation from the Institution of Engineering and Technology.
During teaching periods, UoD staff are based at the Northeastern University Hunnan Campus to the south of Shenyang city. The campus is a pleasant place to live and work with good sports facilities, numerous canteens, grocery stores, an excellent library and plenty of open spaces.
