Our Development and Alumni Relations team sits at the heart of the University's mission, building lasting relationships with our community of alumni, donors, and supporters to generate philanthropic income that transforms the lives of our students and the reach of our research.

We are seeking a Fundraising Coordinator to join our Alumni and Fundraising team in a varied and rewarding role that provides the operational backbone of our development activity. In this role you will:

  • Deliver high-quality coordination and administrative support to the team, including proactive diary management for the Associate Director and Head of Alumni and Fundraising
  • Act as the first point of contact for supporter and donor enquiries, managing these professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on our CRM system, generating reports and mailing lists as required
  • Support the planning and delivery of donor and alumni events, from logistics through to on-the-day coordination
  • Process invoices and payments in line with University financial procedures
  • Conduct desk-based research to identify and profile prospective supporters, trusts, and funding sources
