Professor In Pharmacy

Applications are invited for a Professor In Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics) at University of Galway.

We seek to appoint a progressive and highly committed academic pharmacist, who combines strong academic and research credentials, with a record of accomplishment in curriculum design, educational innovation, success in accreditation with PSI, influencing and strategic leadership. This role will require a candidate who combines a strong track record in pharmacy education, research and clinical practice. The successful candidate will contribute to the continued development of the Discipline of Pharmacy, bring additional research leadership to the School, and enhance the quality and standing of the MPharm programme.

Salary: €106,611 - €142,500 (applicable to new entrants effective from January, 2011). This appointment will be made on the Professor In scale in line with current Government pay policy Updated-PP-Remuneration.pdf
