Are you passionate about supporting students through difficult situations?
Do you have experience assessing risk, responding to sensitive disclosures and exercising sound professional judgement? Are you committed to ensuring people are treated fairly, compassionately and consistently when concerns are raised?
Join us in helping to create a safe, inclusive and respectful University community.
About the role
As Student Conduct Lead, you'll play a key role in responding to reports and disclosures relating to student conduct, including harassment and sexual misconduct (HSM). You'll assess concerns, identify and manage risk, help students understand the options available to them and determine the most appropriate course of action.
Working with colleagues across the University, you'll coordinate an appropriate institutional response, including signposting students to support, facilitating early or informal resolution where appropriate and, where matters require formal investigation, ensuring a seamless transition into the University's formal case management process.
Alongside your operational responsibilities, you'll help shape policy, improve practice and use insight from emerging themes to strengthen the University's approach to prevention and early intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
For this role, you will need to be on site 3 days a week.
Although we can accommodate working from home for this role, flexibility to be on-site will be expected due to business needs.
