Birkbeck, University of London, is seeking to recruit a Lecturer in Marketing and Management for a 12 month fixed-term period to support its Business School, starting in January 2027.
This is an exciting time to join Birkbeck Business School. We are a mission focused and research intensive school that is expanding both nationally and internationally.
We are looking to recruit early career academics to not only enhance our teaching and student experience but also to drive our objective of being a leading business school for academics to begin their careers.

You will be expected to teach across our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Marketing and Management, link teaching to existing research expertise, and contribute to the effective delivery and development of our portfolio of taught programmes as well as contribute to our overseas teaching in China and elsewhere.
We are seeking a fixed-term cover in Marketing, located within the Management group, in ways that build on and complement our existing strengths.

Contract
This is a full-time, 12 month fixed-term role, 35 hours per week including delivering lectures in the evening (6-9pm) and occasional weekends.

Salary and benefits
£44,247 rising to £60,858, 1.0 FTE. Grade LLEC is on the College's London Pay Scale which includes a consolidated London Weighting Allowance.
