About the role
Liaison and Support Services, within LCCOS, underpin learning, teaching and research across UCL departments through a range of services, including skills training and teaching delivered by a virtual team of colleagues from across LCCOS. Working closely with the Head of Library Skills and other LCCOS colleagues, the Library Skills Developer develops and delivers library skills initiatives. The post holder will be contributing to a scheduled programme of online and face-to-face training, support materials, inductions, projects and other initiatives.
A key focus of the role is developing online skills provision, including the application of generative AI (GenAI), and supporting colleagues in the effective use of digital technologies. The postholder also delivers tailored library skills support for academic departments through inductions, skills training, individual consultations and responses to subject-specific enquiries.

This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 40% on site.

About you
The role is 0.6 FTE part time. The Annual salary is pro rata for part time roles which is equivalent to £26,388.60.
