Do you have the building maintenance expertise to help keep a complex university estate safe, compliant and well maintained?
We’re looking for a Building Asset Manager to ensure the University’s building assets remain compliant, safe and effective for users. You’ll lead planned maintenance and inspection activity, oversee reactive defects, manage asbestos and safe systems of work, and help ensure building maintenance services meet required standards across academic, operational and residential spaces.
You’ll manage in-house labour and contractors, coordinate resources effectively, and work closely with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders to maintain service levels, resolve defects and support continuous improvement across the estate.
