About the Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality, research-informed teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes while contributing to an outstanding student experience.

The successful candidate will design and deliver innovative, inclusive learning that develops students' employability and real-world skills, undertake impactful research that enhances teaching and contributes to the University's research profile, and work collaboratively with colleagues, industry partners, and professional bodies.

The role also includes student support, curriculum development, and contributing to the wider academic community through scholarship, external engagement, and University initiatives.

You will bring experience or a strong understanding of higher education teaching, assessment, and quality assurance, with the ability to engage and inspire students using a range of contemporary and technology-enhanced learning approaches. A commitment to scholarship and research, together with the ability to translate evidence into teaching and professional practice, is essential.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator who thrives both independently and collaboratively, builds strong relationships with colleagues and external partners, and is committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment. You will be innovative, adaptable, and organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
