Bring your project management expertise to UAL Online and help shape the future of online learning at one of the world’s leading creative universities.
This is an exciting opportunity to join UAL Online and play a key role in the creation of high-quality online courses. You’ll work with academics and a multidisciplinary creative team to turn ideas into engaging learning experiences, taking projects from their inception through to development and into delivery.
You’ll bring structure, momentum and clarity to complex projects, working closely with Academic Course and Unit Leads, Learning Designers, Content Editors, Visual Designers and Video Producers and Editors. You’ll build strong relationships, keep teams connected and create the conditions for people to do their best work.
From developing production schedules to managing resources, budgets, timelines and quality, you’ll take real ownership of delivery. You’ll spot risks and problems early, keep stakeholders informed and help teams find practical solutions that keep projects moving forward. As you build your expertise in UAL Online’s courses and processes, you’ll also help shape how they evolve and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
About you
You’ll bring a degree or equivalent experience, alongside a strong understanding of project management techniques, methodologies and software. You’ll be confident managing resources, priorities and milestones across complex projects, with the judgement and motivation to solve problems and keep delivery on track.
You’ll also be an excellent communicator and relationship builder, able to work confidently with diverse audiences and different professional groups. You’ll know how to motivate people, create a collaborative team environment and communicate clearly and inclusively, while keeping equality, diversity and inclusion central to the way you work.
