Project Support Officer
We're looking for a proactive and organised individual to join the Reward and Pensions Team to support the delivery of strategic, people-focused projects that help shape our reward, benefits and pensions offering.
As Project Support Officer, you'll play an important role in delivering a diverse portfolio of initiatives. Working closely with colleagues across the University, you'll coordinate project activities, organise meetings and maintain project documentation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building positive relationships and contributing to shared goals. You'll bring excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality support.

The team also leads projects to review and enhance our reward and benefits offer. Working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, we help ensure the reward and benefits package remains accessible, competitive and meaningful for our diverse community of employees.
About you
We are seeking a Project Support Officer to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will provide project coordination and administrative support across a range of projects. You'll help keep activities on track and ensure colleagues and stakeholders remain informed and engaged.
