We are seeking an exceptional academic leader to join the University of Cumbria as Principal Lecturer in Learning and Teaching (Creative Arts).
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and innovative educator to provide leadership across our Art, Design and Media provision, advancing excellence in curriculum development, learning and teaching, student experience and academic quality.
As a Principal Lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of creative education within the Faculty of Science, Environment, Education and Arts. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, students, industry partners and professional bodies to ensure our programmes remain innovative, inclusive, professionally relevant and academically challenging.

You will be an experienced academic leader with a proven record of enhancing learning and teaching within higher education. You will have significant people management experience and a proven ability to lead teams successfully through change, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
