About the Role
This is a senior role within the CRM team, that will lead the development, performance, and continuous improvement of the University’s CRM platform, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
As the Product Owner for the CRM platform, you will be responsible for maximising the value delivered through the platform and associated products by determining product priorities, directing the platform roadmap, establishing product standards, and ensuring effective adoption of the platform as a core institutional service across the University.
You will work closely with the CRM Director, the platform’s technical leadership, Product Owners for the products developed on the CRM platform, and stakeholder groups to support the successful delivery of CRM-enabled services across divisions and colleges, and to ensure that the University’s CRM delivers measurable organisational benefits aligned to University-wide priorities.
