About The Role
We are really pleased to offer this excellent opportunity to join our team in the Florence Nightingale Faculty of Nursing, Midwifery & Palliative Care as a Senior Placements Officer working within the Placements Team of the Student Hub.
Our award-winning NMPC education programmes span pre-registration nursing and midwifery, and multidisciplinary postgraduate taught and research programmes. We also host the Cicely Saunders Institute for Palliative Care, Policy and Rehabilitation, the premier institute for palliative care, bringing together clinical, research and education teams. Our applied clinical & health research transforms therapies, the healthcare experience and outcomes for patients and those important to them, wherever they are cared for. We are ambitious to expand our quality research and international postgraduate taught and research offering.
We are looking for someone with a genuine passion & commitment to providing the very best possible experience for our staff and students. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated senior administrator to join the team.
The Senior Placements Officer will be responsible for supporting the Placements team within the Nightingale Student Hub in delivering high-quality education and practice learning support to students and staff. The post-holder will support the consistent delivery of teaching & learning provision. The Senior Placements Officer will oversee and co-ordinate the work of the Placements Officers to ensure that their activities are carried out efficiently and that administration of all matters relating to the students and education services processes are carried out to a high-level of accuracy.
This is a full-time post (35 hours per week), & you will be offered an indefinite contract.
