People Partner (Engagement, Experience & Development)
We're looking for a People Partner (Engagement, Experience & Development) to join our People Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how our staff experience life at the Courtauld, from induction through to learning, development, performance, and enagagement.
Working closely with the Head of People, managers across the organisation, and fellow People Partners, you will lead initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture. You'll use your expertise to deliver impactful learning and development programmes, champion employee engagement, support organisational change, and provide trusted HR advice across a broad range of people matters.

Permanent | Full-time, 35 hours per week | Hybrid Working | Grade 7, £52,947 - £60,658 per annum including London Allowance
