We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends as required.
You will be a proactive and dedicated team player, responsible for providing a professional and discreet driving service to the President and Vice-Chancellor, senior University executives, and high-profile visiting dignitaries. In addition, you will oversee all associated transport administration to ensure the smooth delivery of the service.
During periods when driving duties are not required, you will provide caretaker support to the Office of the President and Vice-Chancellor and the wider building, helping to maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-functioning environment.
This role demands the highest levels of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality, together with excellent communication, organisational, and planning skills. You will be confident in building effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and able to represent the University in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
You will have advanced driving qualifications or equivalent relevant experience. Previous experience as a chauffeur and/or caretaker is desirable, although not essential, and you will be willing to undertake any required training to support your development in the role.
