About the Role
You will work with the Impact Team which plays an essential role in developing impact case studies for Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry's submission for the Research Excellence Framework. Working closely with other knowledge exchange teams to provide joined-up and expert support to enable impact of all types from across the university. The Team is responsible for:
The Impact Team is part of the Research Services Directorate. The post is primarily based at Queen Mary Dept W near Whitechapel and will also involve meetings in Whitechapel and Charter House Square campuses and travel to occasional external meetings. The team works in a hybrid format, with a minimum of two days per week on campus.
About You
The role is suitable for a Research Assistant who is motivated and committed to learning skills and familiar with evidencing the impact of health research. The candidate should have a PhD or at least submitted their thesis and passed their viva. PhD or prior work supporting engagement with research that leads to impact would be an advantage.
