You'll be a creative professional with experience gained in-house, within an agency or as a freelancer, with a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design capability across both digital and print platforms.

From designing digital campaigns and social assets to producing video, motion graphics and print publications, you'll play a key role in delivering creative work that drives engagement and supports ambitious marketing goals.

As Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality creative assets that elevate our brand and enhance the user experience across multiple touchpoints. Working closely with marketing colleagues, creative partners and external agencies, you will transform ideas into compelling visual content that supports recruitment, reputation and engagement objectives.

This role offers significant variety, allowing you to work across digital, video, social media, web, events and print, while contributing new ideas, creative innovation and emerging digital marketing approaches.

You will bring:

  • Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience creating multimedia content including graphics, video, animation and digital content.
  • An understanding of digital marketing channels and how creative assets drive engagement and performance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A collaborative approach and passion for producing work that delivers real impact.
  • Curiosity, creativity and a desire to continuously develop your skills and explore new technologies.
